Alexandra founded Properfy on a conviction that the American housing market has been underserved by builders and operators who treat cycle time, lot pipeline, and affordability as talking points rather than as core business competencies. Properfy engineers those disciplines as operating systems.
Before Properfy, Alexandra held senior operational roles across complex multi-site industrial environments where she applied lean and Toyota Production System methodologies to capital-intensive programs. She has also worked closely with a family real estate portfolio, giving her direct exposure to capital and asset performance in private real estate.
In public infrastructure, she has personally directed programs and capital projects totaling $300 million or more, coordinating engineering, contracting, community stakeholders, and public agencies to deliver on schedule and on budget.
Alexandra chairs the Properfy Investment Committee and serves as Key Person under each fund's LPA. She holds an MBA in Global Business Management.
