Application and screening
All applications for tenancy at Properfy homes are evaluated on defined, published criteria including income and employment verification, credit history, rental history, and background screening. These criteria are applied uniformly to all applicants.
Reasonable accommodation and modification
Properfy provides reasonable accommodations to persons with disabilities and, subject to applicable law and lease terms, permits reasonable modifications to Properfy homes where necessary to afford a person with a disability the equal opportunity to use and enjoy a dwelling. Training
Every resident-facing Properfy team member completes fair-housing training annually.
Complaints
If you believe you have experienced discrimination in violation of the Fair Housing Act, you may file a complaint directly with Properfy at [email protected], or with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at hud.gov/fairhousing.
