Our policy

Properfy does not discriminate against any applicant or resident on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), national origin, familial status, disability, marital status, source of income, military or veteran status, age, ancestry, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

Application and screening

All applications for tenancy at Properfy homes are evaluated on defined, published criteria including income and employment verification, credit history, rental history, and background screening. These criteria are applied uniformly to all applicants.

Reasonable accommodation and modification

Properfy provides reasonable accommodations to persons with disabilities and, subject to applicable law and lease terms, permits reasonable modifications to Properfy homes where necessary to afford a person with a disability the equal opportunity to use and enjoy a dwelling. Training

Every resident-facing Properfy team member completes fair-housing training annually.

Complaints
